Privacy at NextShelf
This page explains what information the NextShelf website handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to send
When you request a location assessment or contact NextShelf, the form may ask for your name, company or facility, work email, phone, location, details about the location, and any message you provide. We use that information to evaluate the request, respond, route the inquiry, and manage the business relationship.
Form submissions travel from the NextShelf website to a NextShelf server endpoint and then to the HubSpot Forms API for lead delivery and CRM processing. The website does not load HubSpot browser tracking code.
Optional performance & experience cookies
If analytics is activated and you allow performance and experience cookies, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tools help us understand aggregate website use, diagnose experience problems, and measure whether the site helps businesses reach the right next step.
Approved analytics events may include non-identifying form context such as form mode, location type, traffic band, current setup, primary goal, step name, step number, and lead routing label. This context helps NextShelf understand where businesses need help in the form without sending the information that identifies the person or facility.
NextShelf prohibits analytics events from containing names, email addresses, phone numbers, company or facility names, city, ZIP code, or street address, freeform form responses, CRM identifiers, raw form payloads, or identifiers derived from personal information. Form and submission-status areas are masked for Clarity.
Technical and source context with an inquiry
When you submit a form, NextShelf may send the following technical and source context with the inquiry to HubSpot so the request can be attributed, routed, and reviewed:
- source page
- first-touch landing path and referrer when legitimately available
- UTM campaign values
- gclid and msclkid click identifiers
- request IP address when available for HubSpot form context
This CRM delivery is separate from optional browser analytics. A form can still be delivered when optional analytics is off.
